This two-day instructor-led course provides students with the knowledge and skills to create Service Level Dashboards to monitor the Service Level Objectives defined in System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2.

This course is intended for IT Professionals responsible for building dashboard representations of Service Level Agreements.



Objectivos

_ Configure objects within System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 to support Service Level Objectives.
_ Create Service Level Objectives within System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2.
_ Install and configure Service Level Desktop 2.0.
_ Configure settings and permissions on the Service Level Desktop.
