O objetivo deste curso é capacitar essas pessoas para apoiar o sistema operacional Windows 7 e resolver problemas técnicos em ambientes de rede com Windows 7 e Windows Server 2008 R2.

_ Solucionar ficheiros encriptados como EFS ou Bitlocker e questões de permissões.
